Event Description: The DGGT Special Section “Plastics in Geotechnical Engineering” and the German IGS Chapter invite participants to a free online seminar examining waterproofing in tunnel construction.

The program will include:

• Position paper on block backing in conventionally constructed road tunnels, presented by Dr. Carles Camós-Andreu
• New Deutsche Bahn guidelines, presented by Hannah Eder, M.Sc.

The seminar will be delivered in German. Participation is free, but advance registration is required.
