The Home of 13ICG: Palais des congrès de Montréal

The Palais des congrès de Montréal has been selected as the venue for 13ICG, and for good reason.

Opened in 1983 and significantly expanded in 2002, it is recognized as one of Canada's premier convention centres and regularly hosts international scientific conferences, exhibitions and major global events.

Situated within Montréal's Quartier international, the venue perfectly connects downtown Montréal with Old Montréal and Chinatown, allowing delegates to explore many of the city's most popular attractions on foot.

One of the building's most recognizable features is its spectacular multi-coloured glass façade, which has become an iconic symbol of the city and creates beautiful displays of coloured light throughout the interior.

The venue is also directly connected to Montréal's famous underground pedestrian network (RÉSO) and Place-d'Armes Metro Station, making it exceptionally easy to navigate regardless of the weather.
