The IGS's LinkedIn page continues to gain popularity with more than 1,000 new followers joining over the last year.

Regular updates on IGS news, views and opportunities, as well as Chapter updates and industry discussion has helped boost the Society's reach year on year across its communication channels.

The IGS website ensures news and features content is fresh and focused on its audience's interests, with some 100 stories once again published over 2024, contributing to visitor numbers projected to make gains on last year's statistics.

The Society also continues to attract audiences via engaging video content as well as educational and research resources accessible through its popular Digital Library.

IGS President Samuel Allen said: "The IGS strives to not only offer quality and variety in its communications but relevance and inspiration. I'm delighted our drive to serve our global audience, as well as better educate the general public and those new to geosynthetics, is reflected in our growing following and interaction."
